I used to be in advanced classes from 7-10th grade, but was lazy, was very good at math up until high school. Now, I feel like an old fart and usually forget things a lot

I have to write things down a lot more now...or I will forget. Oh well, my mom is worse off, she tells me the same things three times because she forgot she told me already.
