it will not fit, it will not plug in. im not going to get into again, but you have to change EVERY wire and plug if you dont get the entire 99-00 dash and heater box, and blower motor box.
It can be done though, but it aint no cluster swap.
search again, use the search term "climate control" and make sure to choose archived topics. comes up for sure.
when you say it won't fit, does this mean that its physically a different size?
