Compression numbers do not equate to a calculatable compression ratio due to things like valve over-lap and volumetric efficiency at the RPM your starter rotates the engine.

The compression ratio for a B16a2 is 10.4:1. Which I found in 0.14 seconds on google using "b16a2 compression ratio".

Those are nice compression numbers though, btw.
