Look at the brackets and see how it mounts.

Pull off the according nuts from the strut towers.

Install bar. If it is adjustable, try to make it tight as possible.

Torque nuts to spec. Done.

Some people recommend jacking up the car prior to installation to destress the chassis, I don't know is that is nessicary.
