Default Honda Parts Counter Software

I think I've asked this before, but not in its own thread.

Does anyone know how to get Honda's parts counter software? You know, the program they use to look up part numbers based on VIN numbers. I know it's updated regularly. I know the dealers must rid themselves of their old versions as new models become available. What happens to the old CDs? What is the software called?

Mitsubishi encourages the use of CAPS, their parts counter software, by all of the aftermarket distributors, junkyards, speed shops, and it's openly distributed in the DSM community. It saves everyone a fortune in shipping and re-stocking fees by greatly reducing the chance of people ending up with the wrong part. Most importantly, it helps the average back-yard mechanic save a lot of time and trouble.

So many times I've wanted a part number, or to reference a part number across other models. Can't do it.
