.... the H and B series are both good motors for the respective cars .... as for LS/VTEC the LS is not a car that was made to spin up to 8Ks ....the bottom end wasn't built for it, the heat (Honda has oil squirters and coolers for the GSR and ITR). The CRV block is a bit better since it has the oil squirters in place.
