It's really sad that you assume that people who cannot communicate verbally are pointless to talk to or spend time with. Many people who cannot speak are still able to comprehend what is going on around them, and can fully appreciate human attention and contact. Many times, elderly people become disconnected with others *because* they don't get enough attention. It's really disheartening that you would give up on them so quickly, but I must say, it doesn't surprise me all that much.

Genuine. The rapper spells his name incorrectly. I'm so sorry you didn't know it until now.

So, if a wife is beaten, and she "accidentally" kills her husband for beating her... would you feel the same way? Murder is murder, remember that.
Murder is NOT just murder. If it was so, why does our legal system (and nearly every legal system in the world) have teh concept of varying degrees of seriousness, i.e., first degree murder, second degree murder, first degree manslaughter, second degree manslaughter, negligence resulting in homicide, etc.

Fuji is absolutely right -- there is such a thing as justifiable homicide, as well as a little something called self defense. A wife who is beaten constantly by her husband, and ends up killing him to save herself is NOT in the same catergory as a person who stabs or shoots an innocent person, premeditated or not.

Thank you for making it clear to me that you are seriously naive.. I was confused for a while there.
