and hes got twin boys yelling in the background as loud as fawking possible, so i was asking him questions and he said theyre 4 and got a hold of his shop vac today so tahts what they were yelling about.

10-15 mins into the call one of the boys comes in and is asking all these questions and my customer is like "jeez! what is all over your face, where did you get into that mud?!"
