you're still wrong. Assuming you're doing regular moderate to heavy lifting, you're body is going to use all available protein. Its been a proven fact that protein supplements DO work significantly better than just a diet rich in protein...not to mention most people don't eat 16 oz steaks and a pound of chicken with a gallon of milk in order to get their required amounts of protein.
Seriously, have you ever been to a gym or hung around people that regularly use protein supplements? If you have, I don't know how you can say that it doesn't work.
