Well I used to have some aftermarket 16" wheels for my Accord. Each wheel/tire combo was 10 lbs. heavier than the stock setup (43lbs. vs. 33 lbs.) and it was a VERY NOTICEABLE difference, especially in braking. I ended up getting rid of the 16's because of it. This time, for my CL, I am getting some forged 18" wheels that are 15.5 lbs. each, compared to the stock 24lbs, so I am expecting an improvement over stock this time! Anyway as jschmid mentioned, 1 lb. per inch is a good guage for wheel weights...
