The rest of the "near" 100,000 mi tune-up for 6th gen Accords is probably new plugs, plug wires and distributor cap. That could run you another $100-200 parts and labor. Other than standard fluid changes, (Oil, Tranny and Brake) air filter and fuel filter, there really is not too much that Accords need to keep running strong.
