The easiest way to reduce rolling mass is in the wheel itself. Any low profile tire is gonna be pretty heavy due to the thick sidewall, larger contact patch than stock, etc. In fact I think they are all pretty much close the same weight in a certain size that compaines/stores don't even generally post comparison weights like they do with wheels, cause they are all pretty close.
