Go get a K&N filter cleaner kit at checker. It has the cleaner, and the oil. So, spray the bitch down with the cleaner, and hose it from the inside-out. That way it pushes all the shit out, instead of deeper into the filter. Do it til you can see light easily through the filter. Then spray it down with the oil. The oil catches all the shit that the filter itself can't.
