To be perfectly honest, there is no need to rev that high on a daily driven engine.
-full balancing/blueprinting
-shotpeened or aftermarket rods
-stronger valve springs/retainers
-stronger head bolts would be nice.
-cams that will actually make power up to 10k RPM
-port and polish would also help to make the power
-more I can't remember right now.
In short, it is very expensive and completely not worth it unless you are hellbent on having a high-rev engine or want the ultimate N/A build.
