The ability to have your car serviced out of warranty is going to be a dealer issue more then a honda issue. Your best bet would be to work with your dealership. If that doesn't work find a friend that has a good relationship with his dealer and see if you can try something with them. I've found honda dealers to be really good or really bad, just my opinion.
