Umm, they may make 2 different radiators. The only difference being the one for the automatic has a resovoir made in the outlet tank with 2 fittings, one for tranny fluid in and the other out, it uses the "cooler" coolant before it goes back into the engine to cool the tranny fluid. If you have a standard all you have to do is not use the fittings. This does not affect the cooling or anything else at all.
A lot of companies actually only make one "universal" radiator, and this is the reason why.
