Thats a decent deal. I got mine for 359 shipped from shox.com (you gotta give them email and they email you a quote)
I've never dealt with coximport, cant help you there.
Dont pay for install, not worth it. I had never even done any suspension work whatsoever and me and a buddy did my shocks and springs at the same time. VERY easy
