Auto Innovations here locally in milpitas for $40 new. it comes in a UPS tag bag with 16 lugs and the lock key... they are such a good bargin because there are no retail packaging... which saves lots of money for me. the bad part is it only comes in chrome.. but matches my c8 steel gray very nicely~!
