if it's a sixth gen V6, just remove the front bumper to get to the resonator ... it's easy to figure out from there.

to remove the front bumper ... look for the following screws and grommits:
(4) near the upper front grill
(2) next to the front grill
(2) screws, in each fender
and a whole lot under the bumper
