I know in California...to get a marriage annuled the spouse has to do something illegal...and they dont consider cheating illegal :dunno: So then you'd have to get a divorce, which is a lot more expensive then just an annulment...atleast with an annulment it's like dissolving the marriage, with a divorce it's always there ya know. h:
