Not for street use as a registered passenger vehicle. The reason for left hand drive for right side trafic flow (and vice-versa for UK, Japan, and Aus) is to give the driver the best vantage point for on-comming trafic. You'll see someone swerving into your lane alot faster when you are seated in the center of the street, rather than away from the center.
