Has anyone here actually taken the fender off a Honda. The metal on it is LITERALLY 2mm thick at most. It weighs like 1lb. CF Fenders are a huge waste of money.
Yeah, I replaced mine a few months ago, it definitely isn't only a pound. It is light though as is.

Gilled Fenders on a Honda don't release any hot air, there is no opening behind the fenders into the engine bay, its just metal frame behind the fenders. The gills are useless.
I agree, I don't remember seeing any openings on the wheel well in the engine bay which would allow the hot air to escape. Im not saying it's air tight in there, but it sure isn't designed for this function.

chrome or chrome looking plastic signifies the designer's attempt to make the car look more upscale or luxurious, whereas exposed carbon fiber looks racy. just my $0.02

damn, easy there. His car was modded like a mofo, recaros, AEM big brake kit, alot of electronic gadgets inside, the carbon fiber stuff(of course) he had probably the most modded accord there. Im not diggin' the rims or the fenders, but I appreciate all the time, work and money that he put in his ride.
