Unless you want to do a bunch of work to shove an H22/23 in there (the only worthwhile swap into a 3G 'Lude), you'd be best off just turboing your B20/21. Unfortunately, there is almost an utter lack of aftermarket support for the 3G 'Lude, which is too bad, they're sweet cars.
