Full coilovers is shocks and spring as one, they just aren't adjustable if you get the Apex'i. It's a one piece. Just no upper mounts, as you use your stock ones. The Coilovers I can get you for around 800-850 shipped. But you can find them anywhere for 850-875. The best thing you can do for your car is, some nice full coilovers by Apex'i or Tein or even Tanabe. But they are all pretty much the same, except with what you go up in price they get better obviously. Get some nice tires, and you will notice a bigger difference than just an intake and header would do for you. No more noise, but more gripping power.
