like asian said, the length of the a-pipe is different (it puts the catalytic converter in a different position) between the years. As for header gaskets... you don't have to necessarily replace them if you had a copper gasket, well shot down with a sealant. Those gaskets are engineered with an integral spring architecture, and because of that, tend to rebound to their natural state. That being said... its 25 bucks for a new one and five bucks for a can of CopperKote sealant. Necessary? No, but for that price you might as well.
