well I know that companies don't want employees talking about it, but thats because they are trying to cover their own ass. If word gets around that someone is making more than the others, you're going to have lots of pissed off employees.
Ohhh yeah. But.. at my old job everyone knew really anyway.. cause it was mostly fair. But when I worked in retail FORGET it. I worked my arse of in the stock room. And my 5'3" nothin, fraid of heights ass had to get on a huge ladder and change lightbulbs for 6.00 an hour 6 days a week while lazy fat bishes got to come in and sit around for 8.00 :madfawk: But.. what I'm doing now makes up for it.
