You can't have it both ways. All-Season tires are not that great in the snow and are just decent in the dry. I personally like Pirellis, they would be a good bet if you don't push the car too hard. Most tires get noisy after 10,000 miles but Pirellis don't roar or scream like Yoko A520s of BS RE730s do. It's sort of like a dull white noise instead.
