No mod manufacturer gives accurate dyno charts. They pull the best chart from their set of runs, and the worst chart from the stock set of runs. Plus, there's dozens of little tricks you can pull to make more or less horsepower on a dyno. No fans for stock run, etc.
They aren't extremely accurate machines. Even back to back dynos of the same car can be 5 to 10 horsepower apart.
Look, an Accord V6 made 15 horsepower:
According to this the Injen intake makes over 40 lb/ft of torque in the midrange on a Civic!
12 horsepower and over 20 lb/ft of torque throughout the midrange of the power band.
Look how much time passed between the stock run and the Injen run on the RSX...

That must be a tricky install...
