For chest I do 2 sets of these for now, I started working out last week again:

1. Benchpress
2. Decline Fly
3. Decline benchpress
4. Incline fly
5. Incline dumbell press
6. Weighted pushups
7. Incline shoulder raise (gets the area right under your ribcage)
