sounds like it would have been easier to do it yourself. i changed mine last month.. i hate taking my car in. if you want something done right.. do it yourself.

i know not all people can or have the time. its a pain in the ass but, take it back in till it gets done right. you dont go to a mechanic and pay for a crappy job.
