Default brake problem....

OK to make a long story short....I got my rotors and brake pads replaced about a month ago. There was a "problem" getting the front passenger side rotor off so I ended up having to pay for a new front axle and bearings on that side. (stripped screws or something)

Well the brakes work fine....but whenever I slightly tap the brakes the front passenger wheel continuously squeaks. When I hit them hard it doesn't. Also, after about 2 minutes of driving, it squeaks when I'm not hitting the brakes at all.....it is so freakin annoying and embarassing. It is most noticable going between 10 - 40 mph.

It's like you can hear every time the wheel goes around cause the timing of it varies with speed. Does anyone know what it could be? Or if I could possibly fix this myself?

And sometimes when I hit a small bump on that side there is a slight rattle.....

I can give more details if necessary
