What we did was strip back the coating on the green VTEC solenoid wire, pulled out the wires from the oil pressure switch plug and taped the blue wire from the oil pressure switch to the exposed wire where the green covering used to be on the VTEC solenoid wire. We then taped the black wire to the engine block.

It is a 1/2 assed rigged job but we were not sure it would work. now that we know it does we are going to solder the wires together and then find a good, suitable place to ground the black wire.
