So I came to this thought this morning when my first alarm went off:

The alarm went off but I debated getting up for it. I have a second alarm that allows me to slee another 5 minutes. When you first wake up, 5 min's of extra sleep sounds extreamly tempting. However, I had this thought as I debated the extra snooze, thinking the second alarm will make me feel that pain of waking up twice :eh: :down:.

So now I'm just getting up to first alarm.
