try shutting ur computer down, unhook ur printer, leave it off for a few, hook it back up, start up and try again....if not, try to uninstall and reinstall...if that doesnt work, pick up your printer, and toss it from the 2nd floor of your bachelor pad! :goodjob: let me know if that works!
