YES! or else the tires will be gone. taking apart the cars suspension will mess the geometry up. the camber / caster / toe readings all will be thrown off.

if you have a wheel works, they do alignments for about $70, which includes a year warrenty. so within that year, you can take it back whenever. ive already had it done twice in the past couple months. and i plan to go back a couple more times. and once more right before the warrenty ends.

Yes I think you'd have to get it realigned. It is probably best to change your shocks along with your stiffer springs. The stock shocks are not designed to handle the travel of the stiff springs, and your car will be really "jumpy." If you want to improve handling, you should upgrade the shocks as well.
