the ball bearing upgrade will help reduce lag, so if you have the money go for it. but, if you ever need to rebuild the turbo, it will cost more. what you should do if you buying the turbo kit is sell the intake, header, and nitrous system then invest that money in Hondata, and a turbo timer(i'm not sure if hondata has one). that will make sure you dont run lean, and the turbo timer will help ward off the need for rebuilds.
