It would be very very difficult. The Insight platform is completely specific to the car. I've heard there was a shop trying to put some sort of big engine in an Insight, but I dont think they ever got it done. Besides, the engine compartment itself is very small. The 1 liter, 3 cylinder barely fits as it is. Good luck.
