Hey guys i'm gonna do a H22a swap here pretty soon, and err was wondering what to do about the ECU's. I've got two ECU's one for the motor and everything else and one for the transmission?

Now I know that when I get the swap I should get a H22a Auto P13 ECU. Which will replace my current stock ECU. But what about the transmission ECU? Can I still use my stock ECU? or should I try and find a transmission ECU from a prelude or request one when I get my swap?
