I think you are being to general in your comment here.
I think there are those that don't need pills for depression that take them anyways but then there are those that know they have the problem and have had it for so long before diagnosis that they don't know what it is to be at that "normal" level.
I was on Zoloft for about a year and a half then once I understood the emotion pattern of "normalcy" I figured out how to control it minus the pills.
For some it just isn't that easy. Its like living a life and the whole time you are seeing things in the third person. You want to make changes and be happy but you honestly cannot.
Unless you have been through this vicious cycle there is no way you would ever understand the feeling....seriously there is just no way to describe it so that it makes sense.
If it made sense then we would not have a problem...right?
