Thanks for replies. I wouldn't mind holding onto this car for a while longer if it holds up. Has been very reliable.

If I go with a Red Top Optima, can I make the existing battery tie-down work or do I need a new one? The Optima 75/35 is larger than my original BCI #26 size, but I think it will fit in. Mostly, it is longer lengthwise.

Wouldn't mind having a more reliable battery.
