Get the part from Napa. Cheaper, same quality, etc. To get it out, it would be easiest to remove the strut assembly. You don't need a strut compressor, just don't take the nut off the top of the strut. Take the entire assembly out of the fork that holds it to the lower control arm. Once the strut is out, unbolt and pop the upper joint. Then unbolt the upper A arm from the strut tower, and it should fall right out. Press the balljoint out, and replace it.
