To answer my original question...

On the front doors, put the window the whole way down and remove the weather stripping. Underneath the weather stripping you'll find 3 countersunk screws. Take those screws out and the flat black trim comes right off.

On the back doors, start by taking the inside door panels out. Next lower the window till you can see the two bolts holding the window in place. Take those bolts out so the window slides freely. Pull out the weather stripping and slowly pull the window up and away from the car. You may have to wiggle it back and forth to get it out of the track. Once the window is popped out of the track it'll pull right out. Pull out the weather stripping completely and you'll find 3 silver countersunk screws again. Take those screws out and the trim will come right off. Note that the windows have to come out because you can't put them the whole way down to get to the lower two screws.
