depends how big the scratches are. If there are rips, they'd have to replace part of the leather, which is expensive, or they could sew it, which is cheesy and obvious. If they are just surface scratches, they might dye the affected area and hit it real good with lexol so its soft like everywhere else. . . Either way they are gonna try to fock you so call them and let them know you pay your premiums for a reason and you want your **** replaced.
