hmotorsonline.com has that for $1150 (but are sold out). They also have 92-93 XSi swaps (in stock) for $1800, I don't know why they want so much for the OBD-1 XSi version. For that much you could get an SiR-II swap, but then you would need a cable transaxle.

I personally wouldn't go from the B18A1 to the B16A. The horsepower gain is not worth the torque loss to me.
