If it is a stock B16A head on a stock B18A block, you MUST stay under the factory redline for the block, in this case around 6,7k RPM. With that rev cap, expect no more then 155 flywheel hp. If you built up the block (rods and girdle) and the head (new valve springs) you should be good for 7.5k-8k RPM where you would run on the order of 170-180 flywheel. Built engines have been reported over 200hp with the addition of I/H/E, cams, cam gears, and P73 (Type R) pistons.
