I've never tried ceramic pads but I had some decent luck with kevlar pads.
Metalmaster makes a set that has less brake dust. Now keep in mind, there is not such pad that is completely dust free. They are dust less.
I've also used EBC green stuff but those caused pad transfers and ruined a set of rotors. Which can be fixed by having the rotors turned, if you don't have slotted or drilled rotors.
I also recommend Axxis Ultimate pads but they dust more.
What I've found is that you want to go with a company that produces consistent pads. EBC in my opinion do not produce consistent pads. I had 2 bad sets but my buddy had a good set. Purchased 6months apart.
Axxis Ultimate are great, as well as metalmasters.
