just take some swirl and scratch remover and use a buffer on it, or even an orbital, or if you dont have one of those just apply it by hand. let it sit for about 5 minutes, then wipe it away. then apply some type of finishing wax or polish and that should bring back some of the shine. or you can try some of the plastic polish.
