Well, i found some semi good news, looks like the motor is fine, seems to be a short somewhere in the wire because i got out of work this afternoon, closed my door, started her up and tried the switch, it worked. :shocked:

opened and closed the door again, no work

repeated, worked again.

now to take the door apart when i have time over the weekend to find the short
