7. When a UPS trailer headed for destination 'x' is filled up and management says that it isnt worth it to partially load another trailer to be headed to destination 'x', they will put the leftover packages on a out-of-state-destined trailer. This way, other hubs around the reigon get stuck with the volume, and the packages will be delayed a few days.

Stupid? Yes. I had to unload half a trailer tonight for nothing because of this. But I was being paid overtime while doing so.:naughty:
