However, I do not believe it should be an obligation that the Priest has to marry them. Leave it up to the Priest or whomever marries them as to weather or not *he* wants to be a part of that.
If they are fine with it, then great, let them be married. If that particular Priest doesn't want to marry the two together, for *whatever* reason (including because it's same-sex), due to their religious beliefs, then so be it as well; go find another Priest that will.
Simple.
A Government mandating that it is either legal or illegal is discrimination either of the Gay Man or Woman who wants to be married to one another, or to the Priest for making him go against his religious beliefs to marry the two together.
